Very good run for me today. We had a good group of 7 for a long tempo run. Met at the Flying J on 21st St. Set out west and worked into a pace (5:36) that a year ago I was only able to hold for 4 miles. I struggled a bit at about mile 7, but stayed close to the group and was able to finish strong with out last mile about 5:26. One of my best runs so far. Our pace for the whole 10 was 5:48.
