Met up with Bryant and Riley at Smith and Edwards. It was somewhere different and it was flat. 12 degrees for the start this morning. Half hour into it and Bryant's eyelashes and hair was frosted, made for a pretty good pic. Riley commented he looked like the queen lady off of Narnia, it was pretty funny. We all weren't sure how this run was going to go today, but once we got rolling we just fell into a good pace. I was able to hold about 5:47 for 12, I say about 5:47 because Riley's watch is somehow always 2 seconds faster than mine. It was definitely a good feeling after a week of being sick. Ran out around Plain City and right through Blossom, you wouldn't know you were in Blossom without the tiny little sign. Population about 10 people.... On the way back to Smith and Edwards it definitely felt a lot colder. There was quite a bit of fog the last 5 or so miles.

Average overall pace 6:12

Weight: 140.00

Hey that's not entirely true; you had a split that was two seconds faster than mine today. Sure, it was only one. But it did happen!

Nice run Jon. Thanks for the tour of Plain City and getting me out this morning. Had I not been meeting you guys I would've gone right back to sleep this morning.

By the way, we need to get Bryant and Ken posting on here. That should be a 2013 running goal for us.

Glad we were able to see some of mine and Bryant's old stomping grounds. Looking back at it, we did 3 or 4 of our single training runs in just one run on Saturday. I think we almost have Bryant committed, I'll keep working on him on posting on here.
